The Role - Behaviour Mentor
As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work closely with KS2 pupils on a 1:1 basis, supporting those who require additional behavioural and emotional support throughout the school day. You will implement behaviour management strategies, encourage positive engagement in lessons, and help pupils develop confidence and self-control. The ideal candidate will be resilient, proactive and work collaboratively with staff to ensure pupils receive consistent support both inside and outside of the classroom. Ideally, you will have previous experience supporting children with behavioural needs.
