Description
*Analysing complex billing, cash, and customer data to drive commercial insight
*Supporting forecasting and reporting processes across the Retail Finance function
*Producing dashboards, automated reports, and data visualisations using Power BI and Excel
*Monitoring customer payment behaviours and debt collection performance
*Supporting internal and external audits through detailed analysis and documentation
*Responding to regulatory and industry data requests
*Identifying opportunities for process improvement and driving continuous enhancement initiatives
*Bench-marking debt collection performance against wider industry trends
Profile
*Previous experience in a finance analyst or data-focused finance role
*Strong Excel skills and experience with SAP, Power BI, or similar systems
*Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability
*Experience using data to influence business performance and decision-making
*Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly to stakeholders
*A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and process improvement focus
