Aspire People are currently recruiting for a committed and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a friendly primary school in the B31 area from September 2026.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate TA looking to make a real difference in pupils’ learning and development within a supportive school environment.
The Role
Support pupils across the primary age range
Assist the class teacher with daily classroom activities
Deliver small group interventions and one-to-one support
Help create a positive and engaging learning environment
Requirements
Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
Previous experience working within a primary school setting
Strong communication and behaviour management skills
A caring and proactive approach to supporting children
