Our leading Facilities Management client is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to join the team in Merseyside L30 4YD.
Overview
*Full Time
*Monday to Friday; 8 AM - 5 PM
*PAY RATE: £13.75/hr PAYE
*ASAP - June 22nd 2026
*Mon to Fri
Duties include:
*Need Maintenance Assistant with full UK drivers licence.
*Work involves completing PPMs like door checks, water tap temp monitoring, lift comms.
*Reactive works like unblocking sinks, toilets, hanging notice boards, they must be willing to join our on call rota to cover the sites.

*Immediate to start
