£34,000 – £45,000 + uncapped commission
Location: Bristol (hybrid: 3 days office / 2 days remote)

Are you a proven technology or IT recruitment consultant who consistently exceeds targets?
Join a high-performing technology recruitment team where you will take full ownership of a permanent desk, work with established clients, and maximise your earnings through a genuinely uncapped commission structure.
You will have the autonomy and support to scale your billings quickly in a high-demand technology market, focusing solely on permanent recruitment.


What you will be doing
*Owning and developing your technology recruitment desk (permanent only)

*Building and managing high-value client relationships

*Driving new business and expanding existing accounts

*Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from brief through to onboarding

*Delivering permanent recruitment solutions across IT and technology roles

*Consistently achieving and exceeding revenue targets

What we are looking for
*Proven experience in technology or IT recruitment within an agency environment

*Strong track record of billing success, ideally within permanent recruitment

*Confidence managing fees, rates and senior stakeholders

*Commercially driven with a target-focused mindset

*Self-sufficient, motivated and results-oriented
