LOCATION: Truro (with travel to surrounding services required)
HOURS: 37.5 per week
WORKING PATTERN: Monday - Sunday - 8am to 9pm on a 5 week rolling rota, across 3 days.
SALARY: £15.34 + holiday pay
DURATION: Temp contract - 5 months

Key Responsibilities:
*Deliver Tailored Support: Provide responsive, person-centred assistance to individuals with complex needs, helping them achieve positive outcomes and independence.
*Foster Collaboration: Build open and trusting relationships with customers, colleagues, and partner agencies to ensure seamless and comprehensive support.
*Promote Participation: Encourage individuals to engage in social, educational and employment opportunities, preventing isolation and promoting self-determination.
*Manage Risks Effectively: Conduct thorough risk assessments and maintain professional boundaries, ensuring health, safety and compliance with safeguarding policies.
About The Candidate:
*Have an understanding of support needs and support planning.
*Have experience of risk assessing and risk management.
*Be a great communicator with the ability to build rapport.
*Have accurate record keeping and computer skills.
*Confident in lone working and be a good team player.
*Have a flexible working approach to work.
*Be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
*Be resilient and adaptable.
*Have an open, friendly personality and the ability to maintain a positive attitude in challenging situations.
Requirements:
*DBS on the update service
*Driver with full access to a car
