Full job descriptionA leading US law firm is looking to recruit a 2-4 PQE Associate to join its London disputes practice. The team is widely recognised for handling high-value, complex cross-border litigation and arbitration matters, acting for a broad range of corporates, financial institutions and high-net-worth individuals.

Description
The successful candidate will work across a mix of commercial litigation and international arbitration, supporting partners on complex, often multi-jurisdictional matters.
*Assisting on, and where appropriate taking ownership of, discrete workstreams on large-scale disputes
*Drafting pleadings, witness statements and submissions
*Supporting case strategy and legal analysis
*Liaising with clients, counsel and international co-counsel
*Managing disclosure exercises and coordinating document review
*Attending hearings and arbitrations
Profile
*England & Wales qualified with 2-4 years’ PQE
*Experience gained at a strong UK or international disputes practice
*Exposure to both litigation and arbitration
*Strong academic background
*Excellent drafting and analytical skills
*Ability to thrive in a lean, high-performing team
