Digital Data Analyst
London, Hybrid working 2 days in office
Salary up to £48,000
This is a high impact Digital Data Analyst role for a business investing heavily in its data capability. As they move from legacy reporting into a modern analytics and data lake environment, this position plays a crucial role in shaping how digital performance is understood and improved across ecommerce.

The Role
You will sit at the intersection of ecommerce, analytics and data engineering, translating digital trading questions into clear, actionable insight.
*Analyse ecommerce performance across traffic, conversion and customer journeys
*Build and maintain Power BI dashboards that support digital trading decisions
*Deliver ad hoc analysis for ecommerce and performance marketing teams
*Investigate changes in traffic, conversion and funnel performance
*Generate insight from GA4 and digital analytics tools
*Identify gaps in tracking and data quality
*Define tracking requirements and brief data engineering teams
*Partner closely with ecommerce stakeholders to guide and challenge decisions with data
Your Skills and Experience
*Strong commercial experience in ecommerce or retail analytics
*Deep understanding of GA4 including events, parameters and ecommerce tracking
*Experience analysing digital funnels and user behaviour
*Power BI reporting and dashboard development skills
*Exposure to DAX and semantic modelling
*Confidence working with data pipelines and tools such as BigQuery and GTM
*Strong stakeholder communication and data storytelling skills
*Ability to investigate, challenge assumptions and turn analysis into action
