The Role
We’re looking for an Online Sales Advisor to join a busy, performance-driven contact centre team. This is a sales role first and foremost. You’ll be handling customers via live chat, people who have already shown interest and are ready to talk. Your job is to guide them through their options, build confidence in their purchase, and close the sale.

Key Responsibilities
*Handle live chat sales appointments with customers to discuss their enquiry
*Convert conversations into confirmed orders through product knowledge, great communication, and a confident sales approach
*Identify and present relevant upsell and add-on opportunities within every interaction
*Process orders accurately using internal CRM systems
*Manage follow-up email correspondence where required
*Hit individual targets across conversion rate, revenue, and add-on attachment
*Contribute to a positive, competitive, and high-performing team environment
What We’re Looking For
*Excellent written communication skills, this is non-negotiable. You must be able to write clearly, warmly, and persuasively at pace
*Fast, accurate typing, you’ll be managing live conversations in real time
*A proven track record in sales, with the instinct to ask for the business
*Experience in a live chat, contact centre, or remote sales environment preferred
*Able to handle multiple conversations simultaneously without losing quality
*Self-motivated, resilient, and genuinely driven by results
*Comfortable with CRM or order management systems
