The Role
*Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports
*Support budgeting and forecasting processes
*Monitor costs and help improve profitability
*Analyse financial performance and explain variances
*Assist with month-end, year-end close and audit preparation
*Maintain financial controls and ensure compliance
*Help improve systems, processes, and reporting efficiency
*Assist the financial controller with any duties as required
The Person
*Proven experience working as a management accountant for 2-5 years +
*Part CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified or studying to become fully qualified
*Experience within the manufacturing business would be an advantage
*Software: SAGE 50, strong MS Excel skills
