RG Consultancy are working with a rapidly growing business on a brand-new role for a Management Accountant who wants to develop. You will work for a growing SME within a small finance team, report to and work closely with the Financial Director. You will be responsible for the management accounts, day to day running of the accounts department and oversee a small team of two accounts assistants.

The Role
*Preparation of monthly Management Accounts
*Balance sheet reconciliations
*Accruals and prepayments
*Monthly Profit & Loss
*VAT Returns
*Supporting and overseeing a small transactional team
*Supporting with leading projects, company growth and process improvements
*Assisting with year end and audit preparations
*Any other tasks to support the Finance Director as required
The Person
*CIMA/ACCA part or fully qualified
*Worked within an SME as a Finance Manager or a larger business as a management accountant would be an advantage
*Experience with implementation of a new system or department restructure/process change would be an advantage
*Experienced with managing and overseeing a small accounts transactional team
