Key ResponsibilitiesAs Head of Customer Proposition & Experience, you will:
*Develop and evolve holiday and ownership propositions across accommodation, experiences, food and beverage, and ownership benefits
*Map and optimise the end-to-end guest and owner journey
*Lead pilots and roll out successful initiatives across all parks
*Partner with marketing teams to create compelling value messaging
*Own all on-park marketing strategy and execution
*Drive incremental revenue and increase spend per guest
*Build a strong owner community to improve retention and advocacy
*Track proposition performance, ROI, and customer feedback
*Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team in Hemel Hempstead
What we’re looking forTo succeed in this Head of Customer Proposition & Experience role, you’ll have:
*Senior experience in proposition, product, customer, or experience marketing
*Proven success launching commercially successful propositions
*Background in hospitality, leisure, retail, or travel
