Occupational Health Team Leader - Acton
Our client based in Acton looking for an Occupational Health Advisor Team Leader to work on a full-time, permanent basis.
The Role:
*Hybrid, 3 days on site and 2 days from home
*Line managing a team of 10 clinicians
*Supporting all aspects of the full OH remit
*Support with recruitment and training needs
*Undertaking, reviewing and recording regular clinical competency reviews with individuals
*Meeting the strategic aims of the emergency response, treatment and OH service
*Working closely with sight operations and multiple stakeholders on multiple sites.
Essential:
*NMC Registered Nurse
*OH Degree/Diploma
*Case management experience
*Senior / Line management experience
