We’re working with a well-established national charity to find a highly organised Membership & Engagement Administrator to support a busy regional team across the South West. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting volunteers, coordinating activity and helping communities thrive.
This is a primarily remote position with occasional travel across the South West region for meetings and events.
What You’ll Be Doing
*You’ll coordinate meetings and events, manage inboxes and handle day-to-day administrative tasks to support a high-performing regional team.
*You’ll help maintain accurate records, ensure compliance processes are followed and act as a key point of contact for volunteers and stakeholders.
*You’ll maintain databases, track training and checks, and produce reports and updates for senior stakeholders.
*You’ll support the creation of newsletters and regular updates, helping keep volunteers informed, engaged and connected.
What We’re Looking For
*Previous experience in an administrative role
*Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
*Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
*Comfortable working with data, systems and reporting
*Proactive, reliable and able to work independently
*A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
