Key Responsibilities
*Managing export shipments from start to finish
*Preparing and processing export documentation
*Liaising with customers, carriers, hauliers, and overseas agents
*Booking shipments with shipping lines and transport providers
*Monitoring and tracking shipments
*Providing excellent customer service and regular shipment updates
*Handling freight quotations and pricing requests
*Ensuring compliance with customs and international shipping regulations
Candidate Requirements
*Previous experience within Export Freight Forwarding is essential
*Must have a steady CV
*Strong understanding of export procedures and documentation
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
*Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines effectively
