Full job descriptionHW Finance are pleased to be partnering with a large and successful UK business to support them with the hire of a Finance Manager to join their team.


About the role:
This is a varied role, suitable for a newly qualified accountant, involved in month end process, financial analysis, budgeting processes, and financial modelling. The role is a good mix of reporting and commercial activities, offering broad exposure for a newly qualified accountant.


Key Responsibilities:
*Prepare and analyse gross margin results in line with month end delivery timescales
*Conduct and present financial analysis, supporting the commercial finance function to challenge the trading team and understand performance
*Create new management accounts and forecast models for any new entities.
*Involvement in monthly reforecasting process
*Accurate and timely submission of all group reporting
*Responsible for KPI reporting, and involved in producing monthly packs
*Drive continuous process improvement across the team


About You:
*ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified (or equivalent)
*Strong management accounting or audit background
*Confident stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
*Experience of dealing with large, complex datasets
*Strong Excel skills
*Strong working knowledge of accounting standards
*Pragmatic and flexible in approach
