Job Description:
Full job descriptionOur client has an exciting opportunity for an HR Administrator to join their amazing team, to be responsible for the day-to-day hr administrative activities.
Main responsibilities:
*Assisting with the recruitment processes - updating the website for vacancies, reviewing candidate applications and updating job adverts
*Onboarding, typing up of contracts, putting together starter packs
*Induction of new employees & assisting with training
*Supporting the hr function with administration and daily requirements
*Writing up of newsletters
*Maintaining the time and attendance system - Reviewing absence & holidays
The ideal candidate should have:
*Min of 2 years HR Administration experience preferably within a retail environment
*Great communication skills to allow for communication between managers and employees.
*Impeccable organisational skills & strategic thinker
*Excellent skills in MS Office
*Opportunity for career development
