As the Finance Manager you will take ownership of delivering high-quality financial insight to support strategic and operational decision-making across the business. Working closely with a range of senior stakeholders, you will provide meaningful analysis, challenge assumptions, and influence performance outcomes.
Key areas of focus include:
*Partnering with non-finance teams to provide clear and actionable financial guidance
*Delivering timely insights to support budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking
*Interpreting financial results and translating them into commercial recommendations
*Supporting business initiatives through detailed analysis and scenario modelling
*Improving processes and enhancing reporting to drive efficiency and accuracy
*Acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across multiple functions
