Full job descriptionA leading international construction consultancy in London is seeking an ambitious and delivery-focused Project Manager to join their growing occupier team. This is an excellent opportunity for a consultancy-based Project Manager to work with major commercial occupiers on high-profile workplace and fit out projects across Central London. The successful Project Manager will gain exposure to fast-paced schemes, direct client interaction, and excellent career progression within a highly respected consultancy environment.
This consultancy has a strong pipeline of occupier-led projects and is seeking a confident Project Manager with previous commercial fit out experience and strong stakeholder management abilities. The incoming Project Manager will work alongside experienced senior professionals while taking ownership of projects from early design stages through to completion.
You must have prior construction consultancy experience to be considered for this role.


The Project Manager’s roleThe successful Project Manager will support the delivery of commercial occupier fit out projects across all project stages. Responsibilities will include programme management, consultant coordination, procurement support, reporting, contract administration, and managing client relationships throughout delivery.
The Project Manager will work closely with senior colleagues while also independently managing smaller schemes within a collaborative and fast-paced team environment.


The Project ManagerThe ideal Project Manager will have:
*Previous construction consultancy experience
*Experience delivering commercial fit out or occupier projects
*Degree qualified in Construction Project Management or similar
*Understanding of JCT contracts
*Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
*Progression towards MRICS, MAPM, or MCIOB preferred
*Strong organisational and reporting abilities
