Are you a high-energy, commercially driven sales professional who thrives on winning new business and building long-term client partnerships? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market-leading organisation in a field-based Major Account Manager role, covering Greater London, where you’ll have the autonomy to make a real impact and the support to accelerate your success.
What You’ll Be Doing
This is a dynamic, client-facing role where no two days are the same. You’ll spend the majority of your time out in the field, building relationships and uncovering opportunities across your territory.
*Win new business – Identify, target, and convert high-value prospects across a variety of sectors, building a strong and sustainable pipeline
*Grow key accounts – Manage and develop existing customer relationships, maximising revenue and deepening partnerships
*Drive strategic growth – Deliver tailored solutions and targeted sales initiatives to expand your footprint within existing and new clients
*Lead commercial negotiations – Confidently manage contract renewals and renegotiations, presenting compelling, value-led proposals
*Be the face of the business – Conduct regular client visits, ensuring exceptional service, retention, and uncovering new opportunities
*Track performance – Monitor account activity, analyse trends, and adapt your approach to exceed targets and client expectations
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone with a hunter mentality combined with strong account management skills — someone who can both open doors and grow relationships.
*Proven experience in B2B field sales, business development, or account management (ideally 2–3+ years)
*A solid understanding of logistics, supply chain, or service-based solutions (advantageous but not essential)
*A confident communicator with strong negotiation and influencing skills
*Highly self-motivated, organised, and comfortable managing your own diary and territory
*A proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
