What Makes a Candidate Stand Out?
The school loves staff who bring energy and passion to the classroom! You will instantly stand out if you are:
*Punctual & Reliable: Arriving on time and ready to start the day with a positive attitude.
*Proactive & Engaged: Someone who doesn’t sit into the background-you notice where help is needed and get stuck in.
*Curious & Communicative: You aren’t afraid to ask questions to better understand the children’s needs.
*Child-Centred: Showing a genuine interest in the kids, building quick rapport, and celebrating their wins.
Key Responsibilities
*Classroom Support: Assist the class teacher by managing behaviour, keeping students engaged, and creating a fun, inclusive learning environment.

Requirements
*Experience: Previous experience supporting children with SEND (e.g., ASC, ADHD, SEMH, or SLD) is highly valued.
*Attitude: A vibrant, "can-do" approach with plenty of empathy and resilience.
*Qualifications: Level 2 or 3 TA qualifications are a plus, but the right attitude and a passion for SEND are what truly matter.
*Compliance: You must hold an Enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for a new one.
