*Letting agency or sales admin experience
Lettings Coordinators are vital to the success of the business, from managing the onboarding of landlords to the advertising and marketing of properties.
As a Lettings Coordinator, you will be managing the day-to-day operational running of the Lettings Team and ensuring excellent client and customer experience.
Day-to-day Responsibilities:
*Arranging evaluation of market rents with Head of Lettings and preparing the necessary documents for remarketing
*Handling incoming phone calls for the team with the highest level of professionalism
*Keeping in contact with centralised deal progression and property management teams to ensure all documents are in place before move in
*Sending out paperwork to landlords and ensuring the property is compliant before marketing
*Providing feedback to landlords, Tenants and Applicants before viewing
*Managing incoming invoices and arranging for payment
*Recording and submitting expense claims
*Preparing office audits (internal and external)
*Creating and updating property details on system
Experience with maintenance coordination:
*Minimum 1-year prior experience within administration
*Excellent IT skills (Microsoft Office)
*Strong customer service skills
*Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
*A clear telephone manner
*Ideally previous experience in a busy lettings agency or sales admin environment
