Job DescriptionAs a Principal Financial Solution Architect , you will be the strategic authority for designing and delivering Oracle Financials Cloud solutions across large-scale, multi-country transformation programmes.
This role is ideal for a T-shaped leader with deep expertise across core Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax, and Revenue Management) , combined with the ability to architect across adjacent domains including Procurement, PPM, and Supply Chain .
You will be Trusted to do:
*Lead solution architecture for complex Finance transformation programmes
*Design end-to-end finance processes, including Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, and Order-to-Cash
*Engage C-suite stakeholders (CFO, Finance Directors) to define finance strategy and transformation roadmaps
*Define target operating models for global finance functions, including shared services and centres of excellence
*Lead financial data, controls, compliance, and reporting strategies across the enterprise landscape
*Drive standardisation, automation, and governance across finance processes
*Oversee integration across finance, procurement, projects, and supply chain domains
*Guide multi-disciplinary delivery teams across functional and technical workstreams
*Improve financial visibility, performance management, and decision support capabilities
*Mentor and develop the next generation of Oracle Financials consultants and architects
QualificationsAbout You - Expertise & Experience
*Proven expertise in Oracle Financials Cloud (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax)
*Strong understanding of end-to-end finance processes (R2R, P2P, O2C)
*Experience delivering large-scale finance transformation programmes
*Ability to engage and influence CFOs and senior finance stakeholders
*Knowledge of financial controls, compliance, and governance
*Strategic thinker with a collaborative, leadership mindset
