Are you a caring, adaptable and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant looking for your next opportunity in a supportive primary school setting?
We are seeking a committed Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in Ellesmere Port, supporting pupils across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
*Support teachers in delivering engaging, inclusive and creative lessons
*Work with pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
*Provide one-to-one and small group support to help children achieve their full potential
*Assist with classroom organisation, learning resources and daily routines
*Promote positive behaviour and help create a calm, nurturing learning environment
*Build strong relationships with pupils, staff and parents
What We’re Looking For
We’d love to hear from candidates who have:
*A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (preferred)
*Previous experience working within a primary school setting
*A good understanding of safeguarding and classroom expectations
*A patient, proactive and flexible approach to supporting children
*Excellent communication and teamwork skills
*The ability to quickly build trust and positive relationships
