We are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager to work in our Cementation OU based in Watford who will be responsible for the safe and high-quality delivery of projects to achieve or outperform the tender margin. Typically, the larger more complex projects or multiple smaller projects.
As the Senior Project Manager, you will:
*Project Management (Ensure design, quality compliance and evaluate variations in ground conditions).
*Lead for Health, Safety, Wellbeing and Environment.
*Proactively manage our Subcontract and ensure Temporary works are managed safely.
*Plan, sequence and manage the Programme of Works.
*Day to day commercial management in collaboration with the commercial team (early warning and compensation events).
*Report the project progress on a weekly and monthly basis.
*Be our primary client point of contact on site and liaise with other Key project Stakeholders.
We are looking for:
*Previous piling management experience on the Contractor Perspective to enhance current project management team skills.
*Broad and deep knowledge of NEC / JCT suite of contracts.
*Broad and deep knowledge on programme of works management (Primavera P6, CL31 programmes, CL32 programmes, CL 62 programmes).
*Broad and deep knowledge of project Reporting best practices.
