Full time hours on a temporary basis


*Assisting with the assessment of street works permits and supporting network coordination processes
*Providing basic technical advice, with guidance from senior colleagues
*Using digital tools, mapping systems, and databases to manage information
*Responding to and managing emails and enquiries
*Preparing maps, plans, tables, and reports
*Supporting colleagues with administrative tasks and accuracy checking
*Liaising with utility companies and contractors working on behalf of the organisation
*Handling enquiries from members of the public and helping resolve urgent highways issues
*Attending meetings and carrying out occasional site visits as required
