Join our client, a national law firm specialising exclusively in residential property work. Renowned for expertise in the London market and across the South of England, the firm has received numerous awards for its services. We are seeking Residential Conveyancers who are passionate and self-motivated to contribute to the continued success of our business.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing work including sale, purchase, remortgage, leasehold, lease extension, transfers of equity, and new build matters.
*Supervise and develop junior staff members.
*Maintain strong client relationships to meet the expectations of a growing base of clients and introducers.
*Report directly to the Directors, ensuring high levels of professional service at all times.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing a complex caseload of residential conveyancing matters.
*Strong knowledge and technical experience in residential conveyancing, including SDLT requirements and dealing with unregistered properties.
*Experience in leasehold and lease extension work.
*Strong team management skills with the ability to develop, coach, and mentor junior team members.
*Proven track record of winning new business and developing strong relationships with estate agents and brokers.
*Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
*Strong organisation and time management skills.
*Ability to work independently and under pressure.
*Self-motivated with the ability to inspire others.
