We are looking for an experienced and highly proactive EA to support a senior executive within a fast-paced international financial services environment in Dubai. This is a varied, high-trust role combining strategic business support with occasional personal assistance responsibilities.
Responsibilities
*Strategic diary and calendar management across multiple priorities
*Coordinating complex international travel and itineraries
*Preparing correspondence, briefing packs, and meeting materials
*Supporting wider business projects and initiatives
*Managing confidential personal support as needed
*Building strong relationships across teams and senior stakeholders
*Handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Experience Required
*8+ years’ experience in an EA/PA role supporting senior leadership is essential
*Previous experience within private equity, investment banking, or hedge funds is essential
*Resilient team player with a can-do mentality
*Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to anticipate needs
This opportunity would suit a polished, adaptable, and solutions-focused EA who enjoys operating in a dynamic, high-performance environment.
This role is paying AED 25-35k per month DOE (UK £65-70k equivalent), plus bonus, and private health cover. Relocation costs and visa are covered.
