Join a well-established and highly regarded regional law firm in Chandlers Ford as a Conveyancing Executive. Day-to-day of the role:
*Manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, with minimal supervision.
*Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and new build transactions.
*Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, and third parties to ensure smooth transaction processes.
*Ensure compliance with all regulatory and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven experience handling your own residential conveyancing caseload.
*Qualification as a Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer, or significant experience as a non-qualified fee earner.
*Strong organisational and time management skills.
*Confidence in managing client relationships and delivering excellent client care.
*Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
