As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you will:
*Provide one-to-one and group support to students with SEN
*Foster a nurturing and inclusive environment where students can flourish academically and emotionally.
*Assist students in overcoming barriers to learning and promoting positive behaviour.
*Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external professionals to develop personalised learning strategies.
*Implement effective interventions and support plans tailored to meet individual needs.
*Encourage independence, self-esteem, and resilience in students through engaging activities.
*Monitor progress and provide feedback to teachers, helping to evaluate and adapt teaching approaches.
As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you will have:
*Experience working with children or young people with SEN.
*A compassionate and patient nature, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*A positive and proactive attitude, with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
*An understanding of SEN strategies and interventions.
*A flexible and adaptable approach to meet the diverse needs of students.
*A relevant qualifications or certifications are desirable but not essential.
