Are you an experienced and high performing Sales Negotiator? We’re currently looking for a Sales Negotiator on behalf of a well-established independent estate agency in Holmfirth to join their friendly and highly successful sales team..
Key responsibilities:
*Hit or exceed agreed income target
*Maintaining own group of prospective sales applicants
*Updating vendors
*Maintaining strong and up-to-date knowledge of local property market
*Must have at least a years experience in sales progression.
Skills:
*This role requires you to have had a solid track record in sales negotiating.
*You must be a team player.
*You must be passionate about property.
*Driven, dynamic and hungry.
*The ability to hit the ground running
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Package on offer:
Basic £28,000 to £30,000 plus bonus


All successful candidates can earn extra income from mortgage appointments, solicitors’ introductions.

Hours:
The office is open 9am-5.15pm Monday to Friday.
9:00am-4:00pm Saturday (1 in 2. Day off in lieu for working a Saturday)
