Join our clients team, an award-winning residential property firm, as a Paralegal. We are dedicated to being the best national provider of conveyancing services. Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional service, and we are looking for like-minded individuals to expand our dynamic team.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Handle your own caseload of sale & purchase files under supervision.
*Update clients and introducers on the progress of matters.
*Raise and respond to enquiries, interrogate responses, and provide detailed reports to clients.
*Deal with pre-exchange and completion issues.
*Work closely with a team of Fee Earners, Paralegals, and Legal Assistants.
*Ensure a high level of service and communication throughout the conveyancing process.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*GCSE pass at grade C or above in English and Maths.
*A law degree (ideally 2:1 or above) or an equivalent law qualification is highly desirable.
*Experience of working within a law firm environment with prior residential conveyancing or wider property exposure.
*Competence in operating IT systems including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
*High level of attention to detail.
*Excellent interpersonal skills.
*Ability to deliver tasks timely and effectively under pressure.
