We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join a growing Technology & Data team within a leading global law firm.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Business Analyst who enjoys working closely with stakeholders, improving business processes, and supporting the delivery of technology and change initiatives across a global business.
You’ll work across a variety of projects, partnering with business and technology teams to gather requirements, map processes, support testing, and help deliver meaningful change.
This role would suit someone with a solid foundation in Business Analysis who is looking to continue developing their career within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
*Working with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements
*Supporting business and technology change projects from discovery through to delivery
*Facilitating workshops and stakeholder meetings
*Mapping and analysing business processes to identify improvements
*Translating business needs into clear functional requirements
*Supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and business readiness activities
*Collaborating with project managers, developers, and third-party suppliers
*Helping drive continuous improvement across systems and processes
*Producing clear documentation and maintaining project artefacts
What We’re Looking For
*Previous experience in a Business Analyst or similar change-focused role
*Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
*Experience gathering and documenting requirements
*Understanding of process mapping and process improvement
*Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
*Ability to work across multiple projects and priorities
*Experience supporting testing/UAT activities
*Comfortable working with both business and technical teams
Desirable Experience
*Experience within professional services, legal, or corporate environments
*Exposure to Agile and/or Waterfall delivery
*Familiarity with tools such as Visio, Azure DevOps, Power BI, or Mural
*Knowledge of finance systems or ERP platforms
