A leading international law firm is seeking an Employee Incentives Solicitor (Associate) to join its top-tier London team.
The Role
You will advise on a broad range of employee incentives and executive remuneration matters for listed companies, financial institutions, private equity houses and multinationals. Work includes:
*Designing and implementing share plans and incentive structures
*Advising on tax-advantaged schemes (e.g. EMI, CSOP)
*Supporting on M&A, restructurings and capital markets transactions
*Advising on management equity and executive pay governance
*Drafting incentive documentation and advising on regulatory considerations
About You
*2–6 years’ PQE in incentives, share plans, or executive compensation
*Experience from a top-tier or international firm
*Strong technical knowledge across tax, corporate and governance matters
*Commercial, collaborative and client-focused approach
