*Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
*Has experience teaching within a primary school setting
*Demonstrates excellent subject knowledge and classroom practice
*Is warm, energetic, and committed to high standards
*Has strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Brings creativity, initiative, and a genuine passion for education
