The RoleAs an Art Teacher, you will inspire students to explore their creativity and develop artistic skills through engaging and imaginative lessons. You will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality lessons, assessing student progress, and contributing to a positive and creative learning environment.
This opportunity is ideal for both experienced teachers and ECTs/NQTs looking to grow within a supportive school setting.
Key Responsibilities*Plan and deliver engaging and creative Art lessons across Key Stages.
*Encourage students to develop artistic techniques and creative confidence.
*Assess, monitor, and report on student progress.
*Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
*Collaborate with fellow teachers and support staff to enhance learning outcomes.
*Participate in school events, exhibitions, and extracurricular art activities.
*Maintain high standards of classroom management and student engagement.
Requirements*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or QTLS.
*PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification.
*Strong subject knowledge and passion for Art education.
*Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
*ECTs/NQTs are encouraged to apply.
