The RoleAs a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with classroom teachers to support students’ learning and development across a range of subjects. The ideal candidate will be proactive, patient, and passionate about helping young people achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities*Support students in the classroom to help improve academic progress.
*Work with students on a one-to-one basis or in small groups to provide additional support.
*Assist teachers with classroom management and lesson delivery.
*Help create an engaging and inclusive learning environment.
*Provide feedback to teachers and senior staff on student progress and behaviour.
*Assist with preparing classroom resources and activities.
*Support students across a variety of subjects where required.
Requirements*Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant is desirable but not essential.
*A genuine passion for education and supporting young people.
*Strong communication and teamwork skills.
*A flexible and proactive approach to classroom support.
*Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
