Full job descriptionRole OverviewWe are seeking an organised Out of Hours On-Call Person to manage all bookings from Friday evening through to Monday morning. This is primarily a work-from-home role, where you will act purely as a bookings filler — following handover notes, details and instructions provided by our consultants and management team, with no independent decision-making required.
You will be required to attend our office for handover:
*Friday mid-afternoon – to receive all relevant information, updates and instructions before starting your shift
*Monday morning – to hand back all records, updates and completed work to the team
You will also provide cover during bank holidays and any other scheduled office shutdowns, following the same handover process.

Working Pattern*Friday evening through to Monday morning (covering Friday night, Saturday, Sunday, until Monday AM)
*Full availability required across these times
*Cover required for bank holidays and office shutdown periods
*Permanent role, paid weekly
Key Responsibilities*Process and manage all bookings strictly in line with handover notes and instructions from consultants and management
*Accurately input, update or amend booking details in our systems exactly as outlined in the handover
*Confirm arrangements and handle changes only as directed in the information provided
*Keep clear, accurate logs of all activity to ensure a seamless handover back to the office team
*Attend the office at the agreed times every week, and for additional shutdown periods, to collect and return handover information
*Ensure all work is completed and recorded as per the guidance given

What We’re Looking For*Reliable and consistent – able to commit fully to the schedule and attend the office when required

*Good organisational skills and ability to work independently from home
*Confident using standard IT systems and mobile devices
*Clear communication skills
*Previous admin, data entry or coordination experience is helpful but not essential – full support is provided
