A specialist SEN school in Walton-on-Thames is looking for a committed and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their team on a full-time basis.
This is a rewarding opportunity to support children and young people with special educational needs within a supportive and inclusive environment.
Working Hours
*Monday, Tuesday & Thursday: 8:30am - 4:00pm
*Wednesday: 8:30am - 4:15pm (CPD included)
*Friday: 8:30am - 2:30pm
The Role:
*Support teaching and learning across the school
*Deliver interventions and small group activities
*Work closely with teachers and support staff
*Help provide a positive and engaging learning environment
*Support pupils with a range of additional needs
*Location: Walton-on-Thames
Requirements:
Applicants must:
*Have Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) experience or hold a recognised Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) qualification
*Have experience working within an SEN setting
*Hold an enhanced DBS check or be willing to obtain one
*Have the right to work in the UK
*Be able to commute to Walton-on-Thames
