We’re recruiting Inspectors to work across Southampton, carrying out end-of-tenancy cleaning inspections on empty properties.
Key Dates & Hours
* Training: 26th or 27th June (1.5 hours)
* Friday 28th June: 12pm – 8pm
*Saturday 29th June: 10am – 4pm
What You’ll Be Doing
*Completing around 10 property inspections over 2 days
*Assessing cleanliness at end of tenancy
*Logging findings using software on your smartphone
*Working in pairs to cover scheduled properties efficiently
What We’re Looking For
*Current student or recent graduate
*Good knowledge of the Southampton area
*Reliable, organised, and able to manage your time
*Comfortable using your own smartphone for reporting
*Basic understanding of inventories (ideal but not essential)
*Access to a vehicle is a bonus
