IntroductionAcorn by Synergie is recruiting Operators to join the production team at Harrier in Newton Abbot. This is a great opportunity to start immediately with full training provided. No previous experience is required - just a positive attitude and willingness to learn. You will play an important role in ensuring high-quality printed photo products are checked, packaged, and prepared for despatch. This temporary position offers the potential for ongoing work depending on performance and business needs.
Key Duties*Mastercutting.
*Carry out quality checks on finished products.
*Pack customer orders with care and accuracy.
*Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements*Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
*Able to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy items.
*Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
*Positive, reliable, and team-oriented.
*No previous experience required - full training provided.
Hours and Pay*Night shifts: 19.00 pm - 07.00 am on a shift pattern
*Pay rates: £15.25 per hour (nights).
*Enhanced overtime rates available.
