An excellent opportunity has arisen for an organised and client-focused Financial Services Administrator to join a growing wealth management and financial planning firm. This role will provide vital support to Advisers and Paraplanners, helping to deliver a seamless and professional client experience throughout the full financial planning journey.


This position would suit an experienced administrator from a wealth management, financial services or professional services background who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering high levels of accuracy and client service.


The Role
As a Financial Services Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the advice process from initial enquiry through to ongoing servicing. You will work closely with Advisers, Paraplanners and clients, ensuring records are maintained accurately, cases progress efficiently and service standards remain consistently high.


Key Responsibilities
*Act as a first point of contact for clients, handling calls, emails and queries professionally
*Maintain accurate client records on CRM and back-office systems
*Coordinate diaries, meetings and appointment scheduling
*Prepare client meeting packs, portfolio valuations and supporting documentation
*Process new business applications and ongoing servicing requests
*Liaise with providers and third parties to obtain valuations and policy information
*Monitor case progression and keep clients and advisers updated
*Assist with compliance requirements, including AML and file checking
*Produce client correspondence and documentation accurately
*Support annual review processes and ongoing client servicing
*Maintain audit trails and ensure all actions are recorded appropriately
*Assist with general office administration and process improvements


About You
*Previous experience within financial services administration, wealth management, IFA or professional services
*Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
*Professional and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
*Ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple tasks effectively
*Strong IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
*Comfortable working within regulated and process-driven environments
*A proactive and team-focused approach
*Interest in financial planning and willingness to develop industry knowledge
*Studying towards, or willing to study towards, industry qualifications would be advantageous
