Role OverviewSupport accurate client invoicing, month-end processes, and continuous improvement of billing systems.
Key Responsibilities*Produce accurate, timely invoices with supporting documentation
*Investigate billing discrepancies and implement solutions
*Improve billing processes and support system enhancements
*Assist with new product/service implementation and maintain documentation
*Support month-end accounting and ensure accurate entries
*Perform data checks, analyse anomalies, and ensure audit compliance
*Build strong stakeholder relationships

Skills & Experience*Degree in Maths, IT, Finance, or similar
*Strong Excel skills (advanced formulas, large datasets)

*Knowledge of SharePoint, Power Automate, VBA/macros (advantageous)
*Strong communication and teamwork skills
*Proactive with strong ownership and attention to detail
