We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and approachable Family Law Paralegal to join a well-established and growing team based in Huyton.
This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who is passionate about family law and committed to supporting clients through often challenging circumstances.
The RoleYou will be working within a busy and supportive team, assisting on a varied caseload of Public and Private Law matters, with a strong focus on Legal Aid work.
Your duties will include:
*Supporting a solicitor with case management
*Conducting client meetings
*Drafting Part 25 and C2 applications
*Ensuring compliance with Court directions
*Managing administrative and procedural aspects of files
About YouTo be successful in this role, you must have:
*Proven experience as a Family Law Paralegal working on Legal Aid cases (essential)
*Strong organisational and time-management skills
*The ability to communicate with empathy and professionalism
*A proactive, positive attitude and strong work ethic
*The ability to work effectively within a team
You will be approachable, grounded, and genuinely motivated to provide excellent client care.
Systems & SupportYou will be working in a modern, well-supported environment using:
*Leap case management system
*Zylpha
*Speechwrite 360 (voice recognition dictation)
*Microsoft Office
Legal assistants provide typing and proofreading support, allowing you to focus on fee-earning and case progression.
