Full job descriptionAn established and growing legal 500 law firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join its successful Commercial Property team. The role can be based at any of the firm’s offices in Sutton Coldfield, Walsall, or Cannock, offering flexibility to suit the successful candidate.
The firm advises a broad range of clients including:
*Landlords
*Property Developers
*Business Owners
*Commercial Property Investors
*Land Owners
This role would suit a commercially minded Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 6 years’ PQE who enjoys developing client relationships, supervising and mentoring others, and helping to drive the continued growth of a well-established department.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters including:
*Buying and selling commercial property
*Commercial leases and licences
*Property finance transactions
*Development work
*Options agreements
*Pre-emption agreements
*Overage agreements
*Landlord and tenant matters
The role will also involve building and maintaining strong relationships with both existing and new clients and professional contacts.
About You
The firm is looking for a solicitor who:
*Has a minimum of 6 years’ PQE in Commercial Property
*Has strong technical knowledge across a broad range of commercial property transactions
*Is confident managing their own caseload independently
*Has experience supervising or helping to develop a team
*Enjoys business development and networking
*Is ambitious, proactive and commercially aware
*Wants to play a key role within a growing and supportive firm
