About Us:
We are looking for an experienced ARP SEND TA to work in the Nurture Group Provision in a Barking & Dagenham Primary School.
About the client:
As an ARP SEND TA, you would be supporting a group of 2-4 children with varying SEN. The successful ARP SEND TA will have bags of creativity for stimulating and engaging the children.
Key Responsibilities for the ARP SEND TA:
*Support pupils with varying SEN as an ARP SEND TA
*Thorough understanding of ASD, ADHD, SEMH
*Provide 1:1 and group support for children with high needs
*Differentiate activities as required
*Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development
Required Skills and Qualifications for an ARP SEND TA:
*Prior experience
*Experience in supporting pupils with complex needs
*Confident in supporting pupils across the primary year groups
*Willingness to work part of a team
