Full job descriptionNurture Fostering is seeking a Supervising Social Worker to join our well-established, family-owned Independent Fostering Agency in Lewisham. Rated Good by Ofsted, we pride ourselves on being a small, supportive service where social workers are truly valued.
This is a maternity cover role, ideal for a confident and motivated social worker looking to work with a friendly and established team.

Role Responsibilities:
*Supervision and support of foster carers
*Ability to support with training opportunities
*Participate in Support groups
*Supporting children in care
*Working collaboratively with other professionals
About You
*Qualified Social Worker
*Registered with Social Work England
*Experience in fostering and/or Local Authority children’s social work
*A full driving licence is desirable
