Kenilworth
Flexible Part-Time Hours | Fully Office Based
Macildowie are working with this client based in Kenilworth to recruit a Part-Time Administrator for a well-established charitable organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and personable individual looking for a flexible role within a friendly and supportive office environment.
This varied administrative position will see you supporting the day-to-day running of the office, providing essential administration support to the wider team and acting as a first point of contact for enquiries.
Key responsibilities will include:
*Providing general administrative support across the office
*Answering and directing incoming telephone calls
*Managing incoming and outgoing post
*Filing, scanning and maintaining accurate records
*Responding to emails and general enquiries
*Supporting with office organisation and daily administration tasks
*Assisting the wider team with ad hoc administrative duties
The successful candidate will have strong organisational and communication skills, a confident telephone manner and basic IT skills including Microsoft Office. Previous administration experience is preferred, although not essential.
This role would suit someone who enjoys working within a collaborative environment and is looking for flexible part-time hours.
