MTrec Technical are proudly representing our prestigious manufacturing client in their 2026 recruitment initiative. We are supporting their recruitment by recruiting a permanent Site Manage, to join their team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing on site service teams and overseeing the day to day of manufacturing operations.

The Job You Will Do:
*Manage and action all activities required of the on-site service teams.
*Allocating workload to the service team
*Get hands on with TPM work and working with key stakeholders to ensure operation efficiency
*Condition monitoring and control of fluids and plant equipment, and reporting using our company in-house system.
*Manage waste streams to safe disposal off-site
*Customer liaison and assisting in meetings
*Follow strictly practices and procedures laid down including 5s and Health & Safety.
About you:
*You will have a proven background within the manufacturing or engineering sector.
*A strong communicator, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service
*You may be from a machine operating background, where you have set up, stripped, cleaned and reassembled equipment.
*You will be a team player and take a collaborative approach to project work.
*You will be IT literate and confident in the use of various systems.
*Health and Safety conscious, with a strong focus on maintaining the highest standards within the workplace.
