Full job descriptionEmployment Legal EA (12-Months FTC)
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Employment Legal EA with strong organisational capabilities to manage a high-volume, fast-paced workload, supporting a Partner, Counsel, and two Senior Associates within a busy and highly regarded Employment team.
*Salary to £60,000
*Hybrid pattern requiring 3 days in the office
*12-month fixed-term contract

Key Responsibilities of the Employment Legal EA (12-Months FTC):
*Manage busy inboxes and complex diaries, coordinating around active deal timelines and key transaction milestones
*Produce high-quality correspondence on behalf of stakeholders, including drafting client engagement documentation
*Facilitate WIP reporting and billing processes in line with client and matter requirements
*Deliver proactive support across business development activities and wider firm initiatives
*Maintain and update CRM systems, including Salesforce and InterAction/Interhive
*Support collaboration across a busy, fast-paced team environment
*Assist with team social activities and internal committee coordination
Skills & Requirements of the Employment Legal EA (12-Months FTC):
*Senior-level Legal PA / Legal EA experience gained from a law firm
*Employment experience with Partner allocations
*Experience with billing processes and legal billing systems such as 3E, or the ability to quickly adapt to billing-heavy environments
*Proficiency in CRM systems including Salesforce and InterAction/Interhive
*Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills within a support team structure
